About Lily

 

Born and raised in Laurel Canyon, California, Lily’s family was built around food. With parents who first met at a health food store, Lily’s fundamental values are saturated in organic whole foods that feel and taste good. Lily has worked in kitchens throughout Los Angeles, Big Sur, Martha’s Vineyard, Paris and most recently at Chez Panisse in the Bay Area. Currently living in Oakland, CA Lily is is thrilled to live surrounded by some of the best farms in the world. Her cooking focuses on bringing out and pairing flavors the enhance the natural taste that lives within the fresh raw product. She continues to develop relationships with farmers, winemakers and fishmongers to provide the best California has to offer. Lily’s feminine outlook on flavor and the experience of what a meal can be is something she is eager to share with you.
